Resilience workshop for underrepresented founders, resources for immigrant communities, and a new conflict series.

Tools, resources and gatherings to navigate equity in a tense landscape.

News and insights to reimagine how we work and thrive.

Friends,

We’re halfway through Q2 – how are y’all feeling? I know I need a reset, so I’m taking a long weekend to immerse myself in nature and tap into the awe so abundant in the great outdoors.

As you likely know by now, much of our work is rooted in navigating conflict. And underrepresented leaders are disproportionately impacted by moments of tension and uncertainty in the workplace. Our newest workshop is from a series of workshops I’ve been offering to three clients this year, and synthesizes the tools I’ve personally found most helpful. I hope you join us!

Also, early fans of our conflict work should be thrilled to see an advanced workshop on the calendar for later this month. If you’ve already taken our first Conflict course, don’t book directly here – a discount code is on its way to your inbox.

I’m trying to use LinkedIn more consistently – follow me and our Learn by RV page for more news and updates over there.

Take care,

Nicole

Immigrant Preparedness Packet

A tool designed to help immigrants protect themselves and their loved ones in the event of detention by immigration authorities. This packet includes copies of essential documents, emergency contacts, and key legal information to safeguard your rights and ensure your family has a clear plan in place.

Guidance for NEA Grantees Facing Termination or Withdrawal of Funds

Step-by-step instructions for NEA grantees who have received termination or withdrawal of funding notices.

How to Measure Narrative Change

Use this four-part framework to design and evaluate your narrative strategies.

We turn workplace disagreements into your company's invitation to foster inclusion and build psychological safety. Instead of just putting out fires, we help your teams see conflict as a powerful tool that strengthens relationships rather than damages them.

A typical engagement includes an assessment of your current conflict patterns, a hands-on workshop with real-world scenarios, and follow-up coaching to make sure these new approaches stick when things get tough.
