News and insights to reimagine how we work and thrive

Hello and happy Friday! This is the same newsletter with a new name to align with the rebranding of the Anti-Racism Daily to Reimagined. You’ll get the same great content on a weekly-ish basis.

I don’t normally send out a newsletter this late in the week, but we’ve got a ton of new faces here and I just couldn’t wait. I’ve been on the road all month for both magic and consulting, and our team has been battling wildfires and hurricanes. ’ve been hearing “DEI is dead” all year but our workload says otherwise. We’re currently not taking on new projects until March 2025, where I have more time to scale up our team.

Hopefully today’s newsletter gives you space to exhale. I know I need it! I’ve included some resources for self-care with the usual news and updates in honor of World Mental Health Day. In case no one’s told you, I’m happy you’re here 🫶🏽
